Happy July 1st!!

The first of every month is my favorite day! It is the perfect time to make new goals, refresh your commitment to your current goals and decide who YOU want to be for the next 30 days. EXCITING!!
It only takes 21 days to create a new habit....imagine what you can do in 30 days!

If you want to reach your goals, write them down! You need to be able to see them every day to keep focus on what you really want. 

My 30 Day Goals:
  • Complete 21 Day Fix
  • Help 8 people start their journey to health & fitness
  • Reach Emerald level with Beachbody
  • Organize a routine for coaching, PTA and LIFE!
